Returns and Shipping
All orders are dispatched at 4pm every business day, meaning if payment has been confirmed before 2pm weekdays your order will be dipatched the same day. Parcels will be delivered on weekdays only, as we are unable to deliver on a weekend.
OUR COURIER SERVICES
All deliveries are delivered either through Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
All items are fully insured for any damage occurred whilst in transit or that are lost during transit.
ALTERNATE PAYPAL ADDRESS
Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address in PayPal if it is alternate to your registered billing address reason being we will not be covered under PayPal’s protection policy if something goes wrong.

RECEIPT OF DELIVERY
Next-Day Express Delivery parcels: a signature is not always required on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection, or left at your front door if the driver feels it is safe to leave there. Next-Day Express Delivery orders are fully traceable.
Standard delivery: a signature is not required and your parcel will generally be left in your letter box, front door, or at a nearby post office with a notification card. Standard delivery orders are not traceable.
If nobody will be present to accept delivery or you feel your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address. We take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur once an order has been confirmed delivered.

60 DAY RETURNS POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund minus the shipping costs – no questions asked. If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, just email us email@example.com and we will help you organize your return. All we ask is the product is unused and the packaging is unopened. Once your return has been inspected and approved a full refund will be given minus the shipping costs. Refunds can take 3-5 days to process via PayPal.
- Product must be returned, and arrive back in new condition with original box, packaging, and contents.
- On return, your products will be inspected, so please ensure that you take adequate measures to return items as new, as re-postage will be at your expense.
- You must contact us before returning anything, and obtain a return authorization number.
- Return Shipping is at the expense of the customer.
- 60 day return policy starts from the invoice date of your order.
